Bald Point Beach House

From an empty coastal lot in Panacea, Florida, this project began with a vision to create a beach home built for generations. Every phase—from site preparation and foundation work to framing, roofing, and custom finishes—was carefully executed to withstand the coastal environment while embracing it. Large windows, open living spaces, and durable materials transformed the structure into a home that captures natural light and Gulf views. What started as raw land became a thoughtfully crafted retreat, showcasing the complete journey of a ground-up build from concept to completion.
