This residential construction project involved the complete revitalization of an abandoned and heavily damaged rental property, transforming it into a safe, functional, and welcoming starter home for a growing family.

This home received a full remodel featuring a new roof, new flooring, cabinets and countertops, tile showers, lighting and plumbing fixtures, new paint, along with fresh landscaping and new sod. Proud of how this one came together!
